Your information, handled with purpose

Privacy for homeowners and installers

Last updated October 20, 2026

Junction Scout uses the information you choose to provide to review homeowner requests and installer applications, arrange permissioned introductions and follow up on those submissions. For privacy questions, withdrawal, corrections or deletion requests, call (214) 810-4136.

Information we collect

Homeowners: The request form asks for your name, phone/email, city/ZIP, desired date, story count, display scope, budget range, light-supply needs, contact preference, photos or links you choose to share and how you heard about us. We also record permission choices and request follow-up.

Installers: The application asks for business and contact details, website/social links, service areas, project minimums and price ranges, service inclusions, availability, preferred homeowner profile and response commitment. It also asks for insurance status and evidence links, public review/reference links, proposed referral-fee terms, acknowledgments, introduction permission and any notes you choose to provide.

A full street address is not needed for either intake form. Share only information relevant to the request or application. Do not send access codes, payment card/bank details, identity documents, unrelated customer information or other sensitive information.

How we use it

We use homeowner information to assess fit, clarify the request, arrange introductions the homeowner authorizes, follow quote/booking progress, document permission choices and resolve questions. We use installer information to review the application, stated services and capacity, evidence provided and proposed written pilot terms.

We may record limited confirmation of homeowner proposal acceptance and a deposit paid directly to the installer to administer an agreed provider referral fee. We do not collect or hold installation payments or ask for financial-account details. A form submission is not approval of an installer or verification of every claim.

Limited sharing

A homeowner request is not shared with providers until the homeowner affirmatively authorizes it and acknowledges the potential referral fee. We share only details needed for an estimate or scheduling with no more than two relevant providers across that request. A provider declining or a quote not proceeding does not increase that cap. Providers must use the information for the consented request, rather than resale, forwarding to another provider or unrelated marketing.

For a permissioned introduction, relevant installer business/contact and service information is shared with the homeowner to discuss that request. An installer application is not a public directory listing. Supporting insurance and review evidence is used for review; it is not a guarantee of coverage, quality or an outcome.

Withdraw permission or stop referral contact

Call (214) 810-4136 or reply in the same conversation. Identify your homeowner request or installer application using the name/email or business name you used; do not send sensitive identity or financial documents. Tell us whether you want to stop review, future sharing, referral follow-up or future introductions.

We will pause the relevant activity and notify any provider already introduced to stop further referral contact. Withdrawal cannot recall information already shared and does not automatically cancel a separate installation contract or written referral agreement. Contact the other party about that agreement.

Corrections, deletion and records

Homeowners and installers can call (214) 810-4136 to request a correction or deletion. We will review the request and explain information retained for an existing request or agreement, consent or stop-contact records, referral-fee administration or disputes, or applicable recordkeeping needs. We keep information for these purposes and review records for information no longer needed.

A deletion request does not change a provider’s separate contract or recordkeeping responsibilities.

Our operating tools

Google Forms collects homeowner requests and installer applications. Linked Google Sheets and related owner-managed records support intake review, permission records and follow-up. This website uses ChatGPT Sites hosting. When you load an embedded Google Form, your browser connects to Google; you can also open that form in a separate tab.

These form, spreadsheet and hosting services may process technical information under their own policies. Phone or email services may be used to respond through the contact method you request. Providers you choose to work with handle their own customer information. We do not add submissions to unrelated marketing lists.

Contact

Call (214) 810-4136 and tell us whether your privacy, correction, deletion or withdrawal request concerns a homeowner request or installer application. A plain-language request is enough. We will review it and confirm next steps.
